At studio 13 you’re not just a number you're "friends". After working in the salon industry for over 15 years we completely understand how overwhelming the client-salon experience can be. Instead of making our space a mainstream typical hair salon, we’ve decided to call it STUDIO 13.
A more one on one intimate atmosphere no salon drama which means a calmer environment for our clients or as we like to say “frients” which means a friend/client. We are adamant on catering to every aspect of your life not just your hair. We want you to feel at home and comfortable coming into our space have a cup of coffee, tea or even a glass of wine or champagne after a stressful day, or if were just celebrating you!
It’s not a factory here at STUDIO 13 which means each of our guests gets our undivided attention and a more customizable experience. Enjoy some of our add on services to give your hair that extra nourishment and attention it wouldn’t normally receive at a hair salon.
BRIE KULL
Brie Kull has been in the hair industry for over a decade. Her hair career began at the age of 16 when she attended Brittany Beauty School and completely excelled. Graduating at the top of her class and also competed in numerous hair competitions.
Soon after she started working at one of the top salons on Long Island Di Rosa haircare. Its there where her extensive training began! Being trained under her boss and mentor Rosa Hawkins a global guest artist and educator for Goldwell, Brie once again excelled and became a certified Goldwell Master colorist, as well as being certified as a Goldwell certified Master stylist by the world renowned Jay Mahmood.
Maintaining a solid client base she has continuously followed her dreams through all of the hardships she has faced throughout her life. Her uniqueness truly shines through her ambition and determination. She is true through and through with all of her clients giving them all a full three sixty experience and one hundred percent client satisfaction GUARENTEED each time they leave her chair!
She is never satisfied so much so that she is certified by not only one but three major hair extension companies. Now more than ever she is taking the next step, Finally opening her own business with her long time best friend and now business partner Joseph J’adior. It is with great pleasure that she is proud to welcome you all to STUDIO 13!

-JOSEPH J'ADIOR has been in the industry for over 16 years. At a very young age he started working as an assistant at one of the top salons on Long Island, Di Rosa HairCare. Working under His Boss, Mentor and, Global Guest artist for GOLDWELL Rosa Hawkins, he aspired to be all that he could.
With his passion and drive he became one of the youngest stylists at the age of 18. He then worked on set at KTLA studios on sunset boulevard in L.A. on the set of various music videos, photo shoots, and runway shows his work continued to shine. In 2018 he participated in New York Bridal Fashion week, working alongside Yaniv Persy, And was featured in Elle Magazine Japan.
He is constantly perfecting his craft specializing in every aspect of the hair industry. He now is currently working on an abundance of editorial work and specializing in bridal consulting and opened his first studio in April 2018, located in Garden City New York. He is currently a brand ambassador for Bellami hair extensions, and a regional educator and ambassador for GLAM SEAMLESS & Bellami hair extensions.
